The problem →

The problem every hiring event has.

You book the ballroom, staff eight tables, and promote for weeks. Then a third of registrants don’t show, the ones who do stand in the wrong lines, licensing becomes a bottleneck nobody can see, and half the paper applications never make it back to HR. EmployeeIQ – Job Fair replaces the clipboard and the hallway shouting with the one thing every candidate is already holding: their phone.

Your event, your stations. Use some, none, or all, in any order, with your own message wording at every step. Set up once, clone it for the next fair.

Before the fair →

A QR poster is your whole application.

Candidates scan a poster — or tap a link in your promo texts — and register from their phone in under five minutes. They photograph their resume, even a paper one. The AI reads it and fills the application. No typing a work history into tiny boxes. They pick the roles they want, tell you when they can work, and get a confirmation text with their personal entry pass.

The application, prefilled from a photo of a paper resume. A person makes every hiring decision — the AI just does the typing.

One personal QR identifies the candidate at every station, all day. Reminder texts before the event cut the industry’s ~30% no-show rate.

During the fair →

One text moves every candidate to the right place.

Staff scan the pass at the door — they’re checked in and in the flow. Each station taps Complete when it’s done, and the system texts the next stop, in your words, in their language. Bottleneck stations like Licensing call candidates one at a time. Nobody stands in a line that isn’t moving.

Every message is your wording, set per station, per event — sent automatically or when your team taps a button.

The fair ends. The pipeline doesn’t.

01

Accounted for

Who showed, who interviewed, who got an offer, who to call Monday — with the interviewer’s scorecard attached. No shoebox of paper applications.

02

Follow-up by text

Thank-you and next-step campaigns to exactly the right groups — interviewed-but-undecided, strong-yes-no-offer-yet — with delivery tracking on every message.

03

A talent pool

Candidates who opt in stay reachable. When the next fair is scheduled, invite everyone who fit but didn’t land a role — your best-ever source of show-ups.

04

Numbers your GM will ask for

Show rate, hires per event, time-per-station, source tracking (poster vs. link vs. walk-in) — frozen per fair, comparable across fairs.

@* The class remap turned .cta into .s9-section, which dropped the purple gradient this section has always had — leaving a white --onbrand button on a light ground, i.e. invisible. .s9-cta is the design system's branded gradient panel and is what index.html and the other five sites use. *@

Let’s run your next hiring event on it.

In active development, headed to pilot. Your stations, your wording, your property.
